Job Description:

As a Social Media Coordinator at The Loop Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our digital audience. Your primary responsibility will be to create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms, ensuring that our brand voice is consistent and our messaging is impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our marketing goals.
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing graphics and content for social media posts.
  • Schedule and post content on various social media platforms using CoSchedule.
  • Closely follow workflow requirements for feedback and approvals.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ways to improve our social media presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Manage and update social media accounts regularly.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.
  • Adhere to deadlines and project timelines meticulously.
  • Assist in video content creation and editing (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools, preferably CoSchedule.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand standards.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with video content creation and editing is highly desirable.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field is preferred.

We are seeking a versatile and creative Social Media & Digital Content Specialist to manage social media strategies, graphic design, and influencer outreach across multiple platforms for both our agency and our clients.

Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling engaging social media content for a range of clients and our agency. You will collaborate with clients monthly to discuss strategy, gather resources, and review results, as well as explore partnership opportunities in the digital space. This position requires a strong understanding of current social media tools, graphic design software, and video editing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, create, and schedule social media posts for a diverse portfolio of clients across all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
  • Campaign Planning, Execution, and Analysis: Coming up with creative ideas that can reach across platforms and media to show results in audience growth, engagement, and business growth metrics.
  • Monthly Client Communications: Conduct monthly client meetings to suggest new social media strategies, obtain photo and graphic resources, and review performance results.
  • Graphic Design: Design graphics for social media and print, using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. This includes occasional print and ad graphics as needed.
  • Influencer Outreach & Partnerships: Identify and connect with influencers, collaborators, and content creators in the video, podcast, and social media space to explore promotional and partnership opportunities for clients.
  • Agency Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the online presence of The Loop Marketing.
  • Video Editing: Edit video content for social media posts using tools like Camtasia, YouTube editor, Canva, or Lumen5 to ensure high-quality, engaging videos for client campaigns.

Requirements for this position:

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and scheduling
  • Willing to share a portfolio of design work and campaign ideas
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
  • Ability to match visual and written styles for a variety of brand voices and aesthetics
  • Familiarity with video editing software such as Camtasia or cloud-based tools like YouTube editor and Lumen5
  • Strong written, visual, and design skills
  • Ability to stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform developments
  • Excellent communication skills for client meetings and collaboration

What you will need to be successful with our company culture:

  • Basic understanding of the strategies around web design, SEO, content marketing, paid search, social media, and email marketing – as well as the ability to understand campaigns that use them together.
