Why work at The Loop Marketing?

We are a small agency that has great client relationships. Our clients are not all household names – though you may recognize some. But they all have something in common – we make an extraordinary difference to their success and we get to share in it. If you want to feel like you are more than just a part of the agency or corporate machine, we could be a good fit for you.

The Loop Marketing also prioritizes development, and we really mean it. You will spend time working side-by-side and learning from 20 year veterans of digital marketing within the company, but will also have ample opportunity to pursue other educational opportunities with online learning or at industry events.

We have embraced a fully remote work culture, but keep an office in downtown Chicago for those who enjoy the office environment. We offer generous PTO and flexible working hours for those seeking a real work-life balance. Our team is small, and our culture is laid back. We are growing, but very purposefully.

Finally, we are a small agency that can offer more-than-competitive compensation and benefits, including full health benefits, employee bonuses, and 401k matching.

If you have read all of this and expected a job description that was just a bunch of bullet points, you will see that we are invested in finding the right people to help our team but also fit in with our culture. If you feel there is a match, we would love to hear from you!
