Google Maps has a “Questions and Answers” section for local businesses, a new feature that began rolling out in mid-2017. This feature can be accessed on the Google Maps Android App, Google Maps on desktops, and Google Maps on mobile searches. It is not yet available on the Google Maps iPhone app. However, expect it to expand to more devices in the near future.
